UMN Launches New AI Resource Page to Support Students and Staff
The University of Minnesota is excited to announce the launch of a new webpage designed to help students and staff navigate the complex world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This resource serves as a comprehensive hub, providing valuable insights into AI tools, ethical considerations, and opportunities for engagement across various fields.
The webpage aims to enhance understanding and accessibility of AI, equipping the UMN community with the knowledge and resources needed to leverage these technologies effectively.
In addition to this initiative, we are proud to highlight that Hayley Borck, our Managing Director here at the Data Science Initiative (DSI), was recently interviewed about the DSI AI Makerspace hours. These sessions occur every other Friday, offering students and staff a collaborative environment to explore AI hands-on.
This dual focus on education and practical engagement exemplifies UMN’s commitment to leading the way in AI innovation and fostering a vibrant learning community.
